Our 25,000 square foot facility and arsenal of vertical mills, horizontal mills, and lathes allow us to machine even the most complex of designs regardless of material type.

Our Story
KAL Machining, was founded in 2000 based out of San Jose CA with nothing more than a single CNC mill and a 1000 square foot building.
Over the years, we saw an exponential increase in demand for rapid precision prototyping within the Bay Area. This advent created the necessary environment for KAL Machining to grow not only our business base, but knowledge base as well. Learning from more complex engineering designs with stringent manufacturing timelines, we have refined our processes to maximize efficiency and minimize defects. Our industry exposure has been diverse over the years ranging from the medical device, aerospace, defense, semiconductor to robotics industry.
Today we have expanded our footprint to over 25,000 square feet with 25+ CNC mills & lathes on-site. We are an ISO 9001:2015 certified manufacturing company as well as an ITAR registered organization. Our quality management system has been designed and constantly refined to assure customers a complete quality product – in accordance with your drawings and specifications.
